Musical America Worldwide has named Liza Stepanova “New Artist of the Month” for November 2020. In a feature article, Seattle-based arts writer and author Thomas May writes:
“Her sensors are continually alert to the ways in which freshly created music can help us make sense of the situations faced by people in the world today.”
May describes Stepanova as “an artist of many facets. She frustrates attempts to be pigeonholed.”
